Wow, this is incredible! Do you grow your plants under artificial light only?
And how do you water your mounted plants?
Sorry for replying so late, but I've just only seen it now.

Yes I grow under lights only, T5's and Leds. I use reverse osmosis water that is tapped into a garbage container I then use an electrical pump to spray the water out a hose.

My biggest problem with growing indoors is getting the summer temp warm enough. Since I live in Canada temps get damn cold in the winter(heater is always going) and damn hot in summer(A/C is always running). When my light turn on (at night cause electricity is cheaper) my room only goes up about 3 degrees.
Next year to try and solve the problem I will attempt to switch my season by leveraging my heater in the winter to get the temps close to 30 Celsius in the room.

Interesting... I was asking since, considering your setup, you could try and use an automatic means of watering. I had once read something about a capillary mat (or bio felt) for orchids, but I can't find it anymore.

Maybe insulating your growing room with glass wool or polystyrene could help a bit?

Cheers
