This phalaenopsis hybrid was made by our friend Meir Moses of Orchid Konnection.  First photo has parents used to make this new hybrid.

Phal Tabasco Tex 'Garnet Glow' AM/AOS is a classic fragrant Phalaenopsis awarded in 1996. Color is dark fuchsia. Very fragrant flower from two classic parents Phal Princess Kaiulani and Phal George Vasquez.

Pollen parent is Phalaenopsis Mituo Princess 'YR#10' - bright yellow red fragrant flower - hybrid of Phal Dragon Tree Eagle.

We are expecting fragrant reds, purple, or yellow-red colored flower from this. All of these will be colorful and fragrant.
