These are keiki's (divisions) off our plants. Mature size, 6-8 inch leaf span. Ship bare roots. Flowers are fragrant.
Bright purple magenta. Texture is waxy.
These are removed from mother plant right before shipping.
Soak the plant (keiki) so roots become green and less likely to break when bend. Loop them in a pot and cover loosely with open mix. You can use clay pot or basket so media will dry out faster. Since these are air root – they shouldn’t be kept too wet. Open mix is recommended. Also in general, phalaenopsis species do not tolerate roots staying wet longer than 3 days.
