🚚 Shipping Schedule
We typically ship live plants on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to minimize transit time and reduce the risk of delays.

🌡️ Weather-Related Shipping & Heat Packs
Orders with heat packs will ship when overnight temperatures are in the 40s °F.
For plant safety, we do not ship when temperatures are in the 30s °F or below, even with a heat pack.

Customers in colder regions are welcome to place prepaid orders during winter and request delayed shipping. We are happy to hold plants and ship when weather conditions improve in the spring. Please leave a note at checkout or email us to coordinate.

⏳ Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing in addition to transit time.
If you would like us to hold your order, please include a note in the comments section at checkout.

📤 Carrier-Specific Shipping

  • UPS: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  • FedEx & USPS Priority Mail: Tuesday

🌱 Orders Requiring State Phytosanitary Certificates
Certain destinations require a state phytosanitary (PHYTO) certificate for all live plant shipments. This process involves a scheduled inspection prior to shipping.

These destinations currently include:

  • California
  • Arizona
  • Puerto Rico

Please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and documentation prior to shipping.
Orders are packed and shipped promptly once inspection is completed.

To help streamline inspections and reduce delays, multiple orders may be combined when possible so they can be inspected at the same time. If you place more than one order, we are happy to coordinate combined shipment whenever feasible.

🌴 Hawaii Orders
Hawaii requires both an import permit and a state phytosanitary certificate.
Please email us prior to ordering to coordinate documentation.
Minimum order: $500.

🌎 International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
