💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package size, and package weight.

Simply add the plants you'd like to your cart and enter your ZIP code to view the available shipping options and exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. There is no obligation to place an order.

We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible while using quality packing materials to help your orchids arrive safely.

We take pride in our packaging. Whether you order one orchid or several, each plant is carefully wrapped and secured to minimize movement during transit so it arrives in excellent condition.


🚚 Shipping Schedule

We typically ship live plants on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to minimize transit time and reduce the risk of delays.


🌡️ Weather-Related Shipping

Orders requiring a heat pack will ship when overnight temperatures are in the 40s °F.

For the safety of your plants, we do not ship when temperatures are in the 30s °F or below, even with a heat pack.

Customers in colder regions are welcome to place prepaid orders during winter and request delayed shipping. We are happy to hold plants until weather conditions improve. Please leave a note at checkout or email us to coordinate.


⏳ Order Processing

Most orders are processed within one business day.

To minimize transit time and avoid weekend delays, we typically ship live plants on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.

Orders placed later in the week may be held and shipped the following Monday. During periods of extreme weather or holidays, shipping may be delayed to help ensure plants arrive in the best possible condition.

If you would like us to hold your order for a specific shipping date, simply leave a note at checkout.


🚛 Shipping Methods

We select the shipping service that provides the best balance of speed, reliability, and plant safety based on your destination.

• Texas orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground.

• Orders to nearby states may ship via UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day Air, depending on transit time.

• Most orders outside the surrounding region ship via UPS 2-Day Air to minimize transit time and reduce heat stress.

Our shipping rates include quality packing materials and are designed to help ensure your orchids arrive in excellent condition.

We reserve the right to select the carrier and service level that best protects your plants while in transit.


🌱 Orders Requiring a State Phytosanitary Certificate

The following destinations require a state phytosanitary (PHYTO) certificate for all live plant shipments:

  • California
  • Arizona
  • Puerto Rico

Please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and documentation before shipping.

To streamline inspections and reduce delays, multiple orders may be combined whenever possible.


🌴 Hawaii Orders

Hawaii requires both an Import Permit and a State Phytosanitary Certificate.

Please email us before placing your order so we can coordinate the required documentation.

Minimum order: $500.


🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Which shipping carrier will my order use?
We select the carrier and service level based on your destination and transit time to provide the best balance of speed, reliability, and plant safety. Most customers outside the surrounding region will receive their orders via UPS 2-Day Air.

Do you combine multiple orders?
Yes. If you place multiple orders before shipment, we are happy to combine them whenever possible. If additional shipping charges apply or a refund is due, we will contact you.

Do you ship during very hot or cold weather?
Plant safety is our top priority. If weather conditions could put your plants at risk, we may delay shipment until conditions improve.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship live plants within the United States.
