Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products are offered as preorders or import reservations before they arrive in the United States.

• Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your plants or flasks.
• You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order has been prepared for shipment.
• If a preorder is delayed due to import processing, inspection, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you may request a full refund before shipment.
• Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
• If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order will ship together unless separate orders are placed.

We strive to provide estimated shipping dates whenever possible. These dates are estimates only and may change due to weather, import inspections, airline schedules, or other factors outside our control.
