If daytime temperatures along the shipping route are expected to drop below 45°F, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your order.
Heat packs help protect orchids during transit but do not guarantee against extreme cold. Orders shipped without a heat pack during cold weather are at the buyer’s risk.

Please add this to your shipment if your day or night temperatures are below 38°F.
This item is available only when ordering orchid plants. We use a 72‑hour heat pack for UPS 2‑Day Air and a 48‑hour heat pack for UPS Next Day Air.
Please do not add more than one heat pack if your order has four plants or fewer. If your order requires more than one, we’ll contact you. Using multiple heat packs in a small box is not safe for the plants.
Heat packs do not perform reliably when ambient temperatures are below freezing. For this reason, we only ship when nighttime temperatures are above freezing.
