Shipping & Weather
We carefully monitor temperatures along the shipping route before every shipment. If weather conditions are unsafe for live orchids, your order may be delayed until it is safe to ship.
If you prefer a specific shipping date or would like us to hold your order—for example, because of travel, vacation, or local weather—simply leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order. We're happy to accommodate these requests whenever possible.
For complete shipping details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Please add this to your shipment if your day or night temperatures are below 38°F.
This item is available only when ordering orchid plants. We use a 72‑hour heat pack for UPS 2‑Day Air and a 48‑hour heat pack for UPS Next Day Air.
Please do not add more than one heat pack if your order has four plants or fewer. If your order requires more than one, we’ll contact you. Using multiple heat packs in a small box is not safe for the plants.
Heat packs do not perform reliably when ambient temperatures are below freezing. For this reason, we only ship when nighttime temperatures are above freezing.
