Phalaenopsis Pylo’s Becky is a newly registered hybrid by Peter Lin (2025), named in honor of his neighbor Becky Compton. This cross between Phalaenopsis Zheng Min Formosa and Phalaenopsis Norman’s Blue Jennifer. Its ancestry includes Phal. violacea, P. tetraspis, and P. venosa, which give it its warm-growing nature and fragrant magenta blooms.
This plant is seed-grown and comes in a 2.5" pot at mature size. The flowers are fragrant and magenta-toned. The first two plants we bloomed showed slight differences—one had a solid color, and the other was mostly magenta. Because each plant is grown from seed, your flower may look a little different from the photo, which is part of what makes it special.
Easy Care Tips:
- Likes warmth—keep it between 80–85°F
- Blooms best in summer when temperatures rise
- Fragrant flowers add a lovely touch
- No repotting needed right away
This is a great choice if you're ready to explore something unique and fragrant. I’m happy to help with care tips or growing advice—just reach out!
